LOCUS cashew processing service

LOCUS builds low-oil, low-temperature vacuum frying machines (LTVFM series) engineered on more than a decade of frying-technology experience. Each unit fries at ~100°C under 720–760 mmHg vacuum, retaining 99.99% of nutrients while cutting oil absorption by up to 50% compared to atmospheric frying — ideal for cashew, banana, jackfruit, mango and vegetable chip lines.

Every machine is fabricated with SS304 food-grade contact parts, PLC control, and an integrated de-oiling (centrifuge) system, and is designed to meet BRCGS, HACCP and Organic Standards. Our in-house engineering and commissioning team ensures your line achieves export-grade output from the first batch.

Our vacuum frying capabilities

From 15 kg to 75 kg per batch, our LTVFM machines are engineered for high automation, food-grade compliance, and consistent low-oil output.

Frequently Asked Questions.

LOCUS offers four vacuum frying models: LTVFM-15 (15 kg/batch), LTVFM-25 (25 kg), LTVFM-50 (50 kg) and LTVFM-75 (75 kg). All operate at 720–760 mmHg vacuum, frying at ~100°C and retaining 99.99% nutrients.

The built-in centrifugal de-oiling system combined with low-temperature vacuum frying cuts residual oil content by up to 50% compared to conventional atmospheric fryers, while keeping colour, flavour and texture closer to the fresh product.

LTVFM machines handle cashew, banana chips, jackfruit, mango, and a wide range of fruit and vegetable snacks. PLC recipe settings let you switch products on the same machine without hardware changes.

Our installations are engineered to comply with BRCGS, HACCP, Organic Standards and ISO food safety requirements. Our team guides plant design to ensure first-audit certification success.
